Suvia Group expands internationally through acquisition of Belgium’s AutoRepairGroup
Helsinki and Heverlee, 31 August 2026 – Suvia Group has acquired AutoRepairGroup (ARG), Belgium’s largest independent body repair group. The transaction marks Suvia Group’s first expansion outside Finland and brings together two leading independent operators with strong positions in their home markets.
