Suvia Holding Oy and Tecalemit Oy have entered into an acquisition agreement whereby Tecalemit Oy acquires A-Test & Consulting Oy.
A-Test’s staff will continue to work for the company as it becomes part of the Tecalemit Group.Current CEO Janne Aho will remain with the Suvia Group in the acquisition and continue as CEO of SVT.
Suvia Group will focus on providing damage and loss repair services.
