Seinäjoki/Ilmajoki – H-Autocolor Oy, a family-owned collision repair and painting company founded in 2008, has joined the nationwide InCar chain through an acquisition on 1 November 2024.
With the acquisition, InCar will expand its national network and strengthen its position in the Seinäjoki and Ilmajoki areas of South Ostrobothnia. H-Autocolor’s founders Erkki, Ritva and Ari-Jussi Haapamäki have created a respected company whose customer relationships and long-term commitment to the region continue today as part of the InCar chain.
In 2014, H-Autocolor expanded its operations to modern premises in Seinäjoki Hyllykallio and continued its growth and development through acquisitions in 2016 and 2018. Today, H-Autocolor is run by Ari-Jussi Haapamäki in Seinäjoki and Jouni Haapamäki in Ilmajoki.
The importance of acquisitions and future cooperation
Ari-Jussi Haapamäki sees the acquisition as a natural continuation in the chain development of the automotive industry: ‘Entrepreneurship has been instructive and the desire to develop has always been an important part of our business.
