InCar acquires MH-Color – strengthens its position in the Vaasa region and expands its national network

InCar, a nationwide repair chain specialising in vehicle damage repairs, has acquired the entire shareholding of MH-Color in Vaasa. MH-Color has successfully served the Vaasa region since 2001, operating from a centrally located 1,300 m² facility in Klemettilä.

Through this acquisition, InCar will expand its operations in Vaasa to two locations: the existing InCar Liisanlehto and the new MH-Color site. All 11 employees of MH-Color will transfer to InCar under their current employment terms.

The company’s owners, Mika Rönqvist and Hannu Hakala, will continue their careers with InCar. Rönqvist will take on a new role as Network and Partnership Manager, further strengthening InCar’s nationwide service network.

The acquisition supports InCar’s strategic growth plans. In the near future, the company will open new locations in Rusko (Oulu), Vantaankoski, Porvoo, and Kokkola. Additionally, several new repair centres are planned for the Helsinki metropolitan area and other key growth centres across Finland.

“Our goal is to be Finland’s easiest and most reliable damage repair partner for both our customers and collaborators. This expansion will enable us to deliver faster and more comprehensive service,” says Tommi Vatén, Chief Operating Officer at InCar.
