InCar and Rinta-Joupin Autoliike have entered into a business transaction concerning the repair operations in Pori, Vaasa and Turku. The arrangement strengthens InCar’s service network in Western Finland and supports the aim of providing customers with a more hassle-free damage repair and car glass service experience. The arrangement will take effect from the beginning of January 2026.
As part of the transaction, the personnel of the Vaasa and Turku locations will transfer to InCar’s existing workshops. Operations in Turku and Vaasa will continue at the current facilities – three in Turku and two in Vaasa. In Pori, InCar will open a new workshop, InCar Pori Toejoki, on Rinta-Joupin’s premises, enabling InCar to serve customers in Pori at two locations going forward.
At the same time, InCar will continue as the authorized accident repair partner for the brands represented by Rinta-Joupin Autoliike in the region. Brand-specific repair services will cover Škoda, Toyota and Honda in Pori, Škoda in Turku, and Škoda, Toyota, Kia, Mitsubishi and Honda in Vaasa.

What does the change mean for customers?
Customers will continue to receive accident repair services and related solutions seamlessly. The new InCar Pori Toejoki location strengthens the service network in the Pori region and enhances overall service capacity.
