InCar Oy, Finland’s most effortless collision repair chain, has completed a business acquisition in Rovaniemi. Through the transaction, InCar acquires the damage repair and painting operations of Pörhön Autoliike Oy and Automaalaamo H. Tuomivaara Oy’s Rovaniemi branch. As a result, InCar’s team in Rovaniemi will grow by nine experienced professionals.
“This acquisition strengthens our presence in Rovaniemi and the broader Northern Finland region. The expansion supports our strategy to enhance our services and offer customers more comprehensive, high-quality repair solutions — also in cooperation with car dealerships,” says Tommi Vatén, Chief Operating Officer at InCar Oy.
With this acquisition, InCar further strengthens its footprint in Northern Finland. In addition to the existing Rovaniemi location, the network includes workshops in Tornio and Keminmaa. Opening a second workshop in Rovaniemi will enable even more efficient, customer-oriented service in the region.
