Driving for a Better Tomorrow Today
We know that every part of our business is part of a bigger picture. As Finland’s largest provider of vehicle damage services, we are in a key position to shape the future — from securing top talent to improving repair quality and fostering innovation.
Climate change and societal changes are also a challenge that we are taking seriously.
Environment, people and leadership – our sustainability programme, focused on these themes, is guiding us towards a better tomorrow today.

Procurement
We make responsible choices in our procurement for a sustainable tomorrow. We make use of our own spare parts specialist AutoBodyParts and choose to partner with operators who share our values of responsibility. And we always strive for a mentoring partnership: we work together to develop our own activities and those of our partners to drive forward developments in the sector.
Our own action
We take into account the principles of sustainable development, social responsibility and corporate social responsibility in our operations and future planning. We measure our performance and report it transparently to our stakeholders. We have taken sustainable design to a new level with the Green Repair Shop model, which was introduced in 2022 and has now been extended to the whole of Finland.
We have taken a leading role in addressing the skills shortage of the future, creating sustainable career paths and training opportunities through our own training programme, the InCar Academy. We train the best in the business and serve Finnish motorists under our banner.
Services
We are putting craftsmanship and uncompromising professionalism more at the heart of repairing damage, because in our industry, you don’t replace parts that can be repaired. At InCar, we fix what we can fix without compromising safety or quality.
We use the most environmentally friendly and highest quality raw materials in the industry, and our processes are designed so that nothing is wasted. We use restored parts wherever possible instead of unnecessarily burdening the environment with the production of new parts. We train our staff to commit to these principles and to develop our activities further. By choosing InCar, customers can be sure that they are doing good for their car and the environment – in other words, for themselves!
Aftercare
We produce valuable information and content for our stakeholders on safer, more efficient and environmentally friendly motoring. As leading professionals in the automotive industry, we have the best knowledge of tips and practices to extend the life of your windscreen or car, for example.
We are always ready to guide and guide our customers towards better solutions in motoring.

Our way of working
Suvia Group Code of Ethics
The Suvia Group requires not only its suppliers but also itself to take action on sustainability. By committing to these values, we ensure that we are a quality and responsible partner for everyone.
We expect our partners to be professional, reliable and willing to continuously innovate, and we offer the same. Climate change and societal changes are also a challenge that we are taking seriously.
Responsibility programme projects

Innovation
Green Part
The Green Component project will give a new name and a new look to the payloads.
Customers are provided with information and the opportunity to choose a repaired, verified part instead of a completely new one.

Renewal
Green Garage
The aim of the Green Garage project is to minimise the environmental impact of garage operations.
From the energy contracts to the detergents used, Green Garage takes the environment into account.

Monitoring
Sustainability report
We produced a Sustainability Report in 2024 as part of the MB Fund Sustainability Report.
In spring 2026, we will produce our own sustainability report as part of our annual report.
