Suvia Group has acquired the entire share capital of AutoBodyParts Oy, a traditional company founded in 1984.
The acquisition brings together two strong players in the automotive industry: the Suvia Group, Finland’s leading provider of vehicle damage inspection and repair services, and AutoBodyParts, a long-standing specialist in the spare parts trade. With the transaction, AutoBodyParts will continue as an independent operator serving its existing and new customers. The AutoBodyParts name and website will remain unchanged.

In connection with the acquisition, all AutoBodyParts’ employment, location and customer relationships will remain unchanged. Kirsi Hynninen will continue to be responsible for the operational activities of AutoBodyParts and will become part of the Suvia Group management team. Hynninen is responsible not only for the business development of AutoBodyParts, but also for the strategic development of the entire Suvia Group’s spare parts procurement.
